Returns

You may return your items within 14 days of receiving them. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at keraherb@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

We offer free return shipping and will provide you with a prepaid return label to send back your items. Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 to 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
